About

Quiet observations of place, structure and landscape.

I didn't pick up a camera with the intention of becoming a photographer.

It began with a trip to Egypt. I wanted to document one of the most remarkable places I had visited and bring home more than memories. Somewhere among the temples, monuments and streets, I became as interested in making photographs as I was in travelling. Photography became more than a way of recording places - it became a reason to explore them.

Today, I am a Melbourne-based photographer specialising in architectural, coastal and landscape photography across Victoria and the world. My work is driven by a fascination with geometry, symmetry and the craftsmanship behind the structures that shape our environment.

I am drawn to bridges, piers, stations, harbours and architecture - places where engineering meets design and function creates unexpected beauty. Whether weathered by time or newly constructed, these structures tell stories through their lines, materials and relationship with the surrounding landscape.

Much of my work is created throughout Victoria, from its coastlines and regional towns to the evolving architecture of Melbourne. I look for quieter perspectives that reveal the balance, precision and character often hidden within familiar places.

Photography has taught me to slow down, notice details others pass by and appreciate the skill, history and intention built into the places we share. Ultimately, my photographs are about place - how people shape landscapes, how landscapes shape people and the impressions both leave over time.

I hope my work encourages others to see Victoria and the world with fresh eyes and find beauty in the structures and spaces that quietly define it.
